The Sales & Business Development Manager responsibilities are to achieve sales and business development targets within specific industry or a geographical area within PTS Consulting Services. The role includes development/forecasting, pipeline management, and successful execution of the sales cycle and attainment of client wins. The role is accountable to drive the achievement of client acquisition and revenue growth objectives through a solution-oriented consultative sales approach. Key Responsibilities: o Grow and expanding existing direct business and closing new business. o Develop, identify and qualify new business opportunities through strategic prospecting. o Lead sales cycle from prospect identification to contact approach (all levels). o Ability to assess needs, opportunity development and solution design. o Ability in preparation of materials in response to RFP request, sales presentations & contract negotiations. o Proactively target prospects and establish/develop business relationships with key decisions makers within prospect and client companies. o Monitor client, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions. o Collaborate with the B2B marketing team on lead generation and market research. o Deliver a consultative selling approach to identify and meet client needs. o Present solution options to key leaders, executives, and selection committees. o Leverage technology and market intelligence tools such as, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, LinkedIn etc. o Maintain a working knowledge of the local market and competitive landscape. o Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and other internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective business solutions to clients.


###### Qualifications and Education Requirements:


Graduate


###### Preferred Skills:


7+ years of B2B sales experience within MSP/VMS or Staffing Industry (required). o Proven track record of net new sales & account management. o Comfortable adhering to KPIs/Metrics & Goals. o Experience selling service-oriented solutions. o Proficiency using CRM tools o Results driven with a strong business acumen including client tracking management. o Networking and lead generation.
