Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development Manager role at Blueplanit Services Pvt. Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and present proposals to clients. This is a hybrid role, meaning that you will be based in Visakhapatnam but will also have the flexibility to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the inside sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Handle and communicate professionally with international clients, particularly in the United States.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations (PPTs) for clients.
• Adapt communication style to a US accent preference.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development and sales.
• Experience handling international clients, especially from the United States.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and back-office processes.
• Good understanding of market trends and competitors.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Professional communication skills with the ability to adapt to a US accent.
