We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Business Development Manager that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
Responsibilities:
-Convert leads into sales, leads will be provided by the company, identify business opportunities.
-Lead closing and business mining and maintain a relationship with existing clients.
-Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company objectives. -Develop and present sales proposals and presentations to potential customers.
-Monitor customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements and skills:
Proven inside sales experience.
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
