Business Development Manager

:

We are looking for experienced and self-driven Telesales Manager to join our Sales

team! As a Telesales Manager, you will be responsible to manage and develop the

telesales team to achieve their full potential on a daily basis.

As a Telesales Manager, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator

and listener with the professional, but friendly approach.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage, motivate, and develop a team of telesales representatives
• Accomplish targeted sales goals and achieve relevant KPI;s.
• Evaluate and improve existing processes.
• Hire, train and onboard the telesales representatives
• Ensure correct usage and adoption of the CRM tools.
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
• Address any questions or issues customers may have
• Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities
• Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
• Keep an updated customer database
• Always strive towards meeting sales quota
• Track and document calls and sales
• Update client records
• Prepare and present achievements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
