Position : Business Development Manager

EPVI is a tech startup based in Gurgaon, we provide smart electricity management for business to significantly reduce their carbon footprint through IoT, AI, and machine learning, we are changing the way people interact with electricity, making it efficient, and sustainable. As a Business Development Manager at EpVi, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach and driving growth.

Responsibilities

-Must develop and set clear, achievable sales goals and targets for their team members

-Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

-Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market penetration.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development efforts with brand messaging.

-Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

-Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients.

-Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities and potential areas for improvement.

-Provide regular reports to the senior management about overall growth of the sales department and revenue generation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

Strong understanding of energy management solutions and technology.

Must have a bachelor's degree in B. Tech. and Post postgraduate degree with MBA.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.
