Pixalot Labs a leading game development & services company is developing an innovative online gamified e-commerce platform. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team and drive partnerships with leading brands to enhance the offerings on our new platform

###### Job Summary:


The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships with top-tier brands. This role requires a proactive individual with strong networking skills and a deep understanding of brand partnerships and collaboration strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the gaming, technology, or consumer electronics industries.


###### Key Responsibilities:


• Partnership Development:
• Identify and target potential brand partners to enhance the reward offerings on our platform.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our business objectives.
• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve business development goals and expand market presence.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of brand partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop promotional strategies and campaigns that maximize the impact of partnerships.
• Performance Tracking:
• Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships and campaigns, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies to enhance partnership outcomes.

###### Experience:


• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role within the gaming, technology, or consumer electronics industries.
• Job Location: Hyderabad.
