Your responsibilities will include: • Under minimal direction, she/he is responsible for moderately complex and well-defined business opportunities (B2B).
• Implements all phases of the KLAY's sales process & targets.
• Develops sales plans, identifies and penetrates new accounts.
• Develops relationships at the operational and mid-management levels of KLAY's corporate customers (HR Heads & team).
• She/he will participate in cross-functional work teams to bring value-added business to KLAY.
• Leads contract issues/requirements to support negotiation activities.
• Responsible for Business Expansion
• Responsible for business generation through New Accounts in the specified geographical area
• Proficiency in contract negotiations, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating sales and handling clients efficiently
• Setting targets and take corrective action when needed, review performance with team members
• Monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures
• Handle marketing initiatives and alliances in the assigned territory
