Our core mission is to facilitate seamless financial transactions for students pursuing higher education abroad. We specialize in assisting students in transferring college fees from India to foreign destinations efficiently. What sets us apart is our commitment to offering these services faster, making it more accessible for students to manage their finances while studying abroad. In addition to our remittance services, HiWiPay collaborates with various Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) to assist students in securing education loans. We understand the financial challenges students often face when pursuing education abroad, and our goal is to alleviate their concerns and ensure their smooth transition.Job Title: BDM - Foreign Education Consultants OnboardingJob Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales/BDM to join our team and take charge of the onboarding of foreign education consultants. The individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential foreign education consultants, negotiating contracts, and managing the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration into our organization.Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential foreign education consultants through research and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential consultants, understanding their needs and matching them with our organization's offerings.
  • Develop sales strategies and plans to onboard foreign education consultants, including creating proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with foreign education consultants, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
  • Manage the onboarding process, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless integration into our organization.
  • Provide training and support to new foreign education consultants, ensuring they have a complete understanding of our organization's offerings, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
