Role Description We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team in Surat and Ahmedabad. The manager will play a consulting role, guiding the client through their entire solar journey and acting as the single point of contact. Job Role: Client Acquisition and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and prospecting. Client Relationship Management: Understand clients\' business needs, challenges, and goals to propose tailored solutions that align with our services. Act as a trusted advisor, providing valuable insights and recommendations to the client. Sales Process Management: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. Coordination with other Teams: Ability to coordinate and work with internal and external members as and when required. Sales Performance and Reporting: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and objectives in line with the company\'s goals. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates. Qualifications: -Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field -Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar sales, or related field -Experience working with MSMEs, would be a plus point if you already have a connection with MSMEs based in Gujarat -Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate leads -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Willingness to travel to meet with clients -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills -Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Sheets. Experience in CRM and Sales analytical tools.
