:As a Business Development Manager at Trbitix, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by leveraging your strong connections with decision-makers in the BPO and KPO sectors. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining and nurturing existing relationships, and developing tailored staffing solutions to meet their needs.Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities within the BPO and KPO sectors.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

• Present Trbitix's staffing services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met with high-quality candidates.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

• 4-5 years of experience in business development within a staffing firm.

• Proven track record of success in acquiring and managing clients in the BPO and KPO sectors.

• Strong network and existing relationships with decision-makers in BPOs and KPOs.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
