This role demands proactive sales efforts, relationship-building expertise, and a results-oriented approach to achieve business goals.Compensation Package:

Key Responsibilities:1. Market Expansion:o Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive regional growth.o Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation.2. Client Relationship Management:o Engage with potential customers, delivering tailored solar solutions to meet their needs.o Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.3. Sales Execution:o Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing strategic plans and driving customer acquisition.o Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to ensure conversion and satisfaction.4. Market Insights:o Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the solar energy sector.o Provide feedback to the management team for product and service enhancements.5. Collaboration:o Work closely with the regional sales team and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless operations.o Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns in the region.6. Travel & Area Coverage:o Travel within the assigned region to meet clients, attend events, and oversee business activities.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
