- Sales (Retail/Corporate)
Reporting Relationship: Vertical Head:
- Managing end-to-end sales lifecycle - tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements,
documents to the customer from the clientele in the Group.
- Sourcing Insurance (Retail Products/Corporate products) , and implementing strategies to
Group Employees.
- Recruiting POSPs, assisting them in achieving their targets and driving them towards
- Cross-sell existing company products to existing customers by way of renewal and fresh
- Managing internal and external customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Qualification - Graduate.
- Minimum 4 yrs experience in the field of insurance (Commercial Lines Preferred)
- Good Team Leader and ability to align objectives with the Team and drive towards a
- Strategic thinking and competence in management.
- Expertise in managing channels efficiently with Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal, people management and leadership skill
- Strong negotiation skill
