- Discover new business opportunities and growth areas to enlarge the companys client base.
- Develop and enforce strategies to drive enterprise boom and attain income objectives.
- Build and keep strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new market opportunities.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business development team to ensure efficient and effective processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure solutions and services.
