We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, focusing on home loans, LAP, business loans, and DSA sourcing. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a proven track record in developing partnerships with Direct Sales Agents to drive growth in these product lines.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development:Develop and execute sales strategies for home loans, LAP, and business loans, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Identify new market opportunities and trends to drive product growth.DSA Sourcing and Management:Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to expand the distribution network.
Provide training and support to DSAs to ensure effective promotion and selling of loan products.Team Leadership:Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
Understand client needs and provide customized loan solutions.Performance Monitoring:Track sales performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.Collaboration:Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate on promotional campaigns to enhance product visibility.Networking:Attend industry events, seminars, and networking functions to promote the company\'s loan products and establish valuable connections.
Cultivate relationships with real estate agents, financial advisors, and other potential referral sources.Qualifications:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in sales/business development, particularly in home loans, LAP, business loans, and DSA sourcing.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic partnerships.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
