Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends. Analyze market data to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Business Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company goals. Identify key target markets, industries, and segments for business expansion. Collaborate with the executive team to align business development initiatives with overall company objectives.
• Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and digital marketing. Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our products/services and establish rapport.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their business needs, challenges, and goals to tailor solutions that meet their requirements. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase our offerings and value proposition. Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, pricing, and agreements to secure new business opportunities.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product development, and other teams to drive business growth. Share insights, feedback, and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and product/service enhancements.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and client acquisition costs. Track progress against business development goals and objectives. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results and insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
