: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our real estate team. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market. * Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including property investors, developers, and real estate agencies. * Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients. * Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet or exceed sales targets. * Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth. * Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. * Stay up-to-date on industry developments and market conditions.
