Identify new business oppportunities and target and convert potential customers in the rough vacuum industrial markets in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka by making a strong sales pitch either directly or through Consultants or Channel Partners.

Ability to develop and implement long-term sales and business strategies for some of our target market sectors to achieve business growth targets.
Ability to develop new Channel partners and distributors in unexplored terroitores.
Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop effective strategies.
Maintain a deep understanding of industrial vacuum products and their applications.
Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
Prepare presentations and sales displays for customers and the internal sales force to maintain and grow existing accounts as well as new accounts.
Provide marketing support for the sales team to maximize both market and customer share, focusing on the development of existing customer accounts, dealers, and new customers.
Increase market share in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka by identifying and targeting potential customers in the industrial vacuum sector.
Collaborate with the Business Line Manager to provide support functions like contract negotiation, product selection, and pricing.
Promote new products and dry vacuum solutions and energy efficient pumps tailored for specific applications, ensuring they reach and meet the needs of the target audience.
Develop and implement long-term business strategies based on comprehensive market research and competitor analysis.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies, provide feedback, and support profitable and sustainable business growth.
To succeed, you will need
Education level:- MBA in Project Management / Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
Relevant Previous experience :- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in Vacuum Industry.
Knowledge areas/Skills:- Good knowledge in Excel/Word file/Power point, In-depth understanding of the India & Middle East market, including key industries and competitors.
Other requirements :- Good command English/Hindi Language , Willing to travel.
