Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop project-specific marketing materials, campaigns, and branding strategies.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven track record in business development or sales within the construction or real estate industry, specifically for projects. Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities, with a demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders. Proven ability to drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and effectively manage a project sales pipeline. Ability to think strategically, identify market opportunities, and develop innovative solutions. Proficient in using CRM software and project management tools. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
