Posi on Overview: We are seeking a highly mo vated and experienced Business Development Manager specializing in project sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing and growing project-based sales, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue in a project-focused environment. This role involves iden fying new business opportuni es, managing the sales lifecycle, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.Key Responsibili es: Project Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objec ves for the area / region / city / territory. Iden fy and target key projects that align with the company\'s objec ves and capabili es. Build and Maintain Rela onships: Build and maintain strong rela onships with key decision makers and stakeholders in project-based industries. Understand clients\' project requirements and provide tailored solu ons to meet their needs. Sales and Proposal Management: Lead sales presenta ons and nego a ons to secure new business contracts. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presenta ons to prospec ve clients. Market and Industry Analysis: Research and analyze market trends, industry developments, and compe tor ac vi es to iden fy new project opportuni es and threats. Provide insights and recommenda ons to enhance the company\'s compe ve posi oning. Collabora on and Coordina on: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execu on of project sales and delivery. Coordinate with marke ng teams to develop targeted campaigns and promo onal ac vi es for project sales. Repor ng and Metrics: Track and report on sales ac vi es, project pipeline, and performance metrics. Develop and maintain sales forecasts, targets, and progress reports. Client Sa sfac on: Monitor project delivery to ensure client sa sfac on and address any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle. Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project dura on. Qualifica ons: Educa on: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administra on, Marke ng, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, project sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of managing and securing projects.
