:Business Development Manager for Pro Audio Visual Magazine Division.Location Mumbai. (Preferred Candidate living in Mumbai).Experience 3 to 5 Years of Sales ExperienceDivision PRO AV.ITP Media, A 37-year-old global media conglomerate with a strong presence in India for over 16 years is looking for a Business Manager for its PRO AV division for its India business operations. We are committed to delivering high-quality content and hosting prestigious events like the GQ Man of the Year Awards.Key responsibilities:1. Ad Sales Management:

• Achieve ad sales targets for the print edition of our Pro Audio Visual magazine.

• Drive ad sales for the magazine's website, ensuring consistent growth and revenue.

2. Event organization:

• Plan and execute profitable B2B audio visual industry events, both physical and online.

• Ensure events are targeted, engaging, and deliver value to participants.

3. Editorial collaboration:

• Provide strategic inputs to the Editor to shape the annual content plans.

• Ensure content aligns with market trends and audience interests.

4. Digital Initiatives:

• Lead the digital initiatives of Audio Visual, including website advertising, promotions, and social media strategy.

• Innovate and implement digital solutions to enhance audience engagement and reach.

5. Branding and Networking:

• Spearhead branding initiatives to position the magazine as the leader in the B2B Audio Visual space.

• Network extensively with Audio Visual professionals and associations to build and maintain strong industry relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred.

• Proven track record in ad sales in space selling, events, exhibitions, digital marketing from audio visual industry.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently

• Excellent communication and networking abilities.

• Willingness to travel within India.
