Job Description

• Customer service : Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
• Customer retention : Developing programs to foster long-term relationships with customers
• Sales and marketing collaboration : Working with these teams to improve the customer experience and identify areas for improvement
• Relationship building : Formulating and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
• Customer updates : Keeping customers informed about new products
• Customer base expansion : Using upselling and cross-selling to grow the customer base
• Strategic planning : Organizing meetings with managers to develop a strategic plan
• Business reviews : Conducting frequent business reviews using CRM programs
• Competition knowledge : Having a good understanding of the competition and planning a strategy accordingly
• Campaign collaboration : Collaborating with the management team to run campaigns

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
