Job Summary
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for overseeing project management, conducting market research and analysis, strategic planning, and executing sales and marketing initiatives. Your expertise in the pharmaceutical industry will be essential in identifying new business opportunities, expanding our market presence, and developing effective growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
• Lead project management efforts to ensure timely and successful execution of business initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
• Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, performance, and market trends.
• Stay updated with industry knowledge and trends to provide valuable insights for strategic planning.
Qualifications
• MBA in Pharmaceutical Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in business development and sales.
• Strong knowledge of the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical markets.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
