The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Note: - Desired candidate having a background from the same web development and digital marketing company business profile only willing to apply. No other business profile is accepted.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience

3 - 5 years\' prior industry related business development experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

Focused and goal-oriented



Create a new account & Responsible for Online Bidding on Upwork, Elance, Guru, Freelancer, etc.

Generating new Business for a wide range of Digital Services.

Experience with Lead generator, Cold Calling, Drafting of proposals,

Client interaction, Negotiation, follow-ups, and also coordination with the technical team.

Create Business Proposal, Presentations, Slides, and other documents as required by a potential client

Use social media well to generate sales leads

Ability to handle the pressures of sales targets and work as per tight deadlines. Maintain to clients and be able to maintain them in all situations.

Analyze business Challenges, identify problems, and be able to propose solutions for the same.

Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and design teams, to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

Desired Candidates Profile

Minimum 3 years of work experience in generating business in the international market

Should know about how to sell Web Services and Digital Marketing Services

Good knowledge of getting quality leads for Mobile Application Development, Web Development, and Digital Marketing
