Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Follow up with Branches on the Forecast / Projections for current month. Ensuring the same has been booked without hassles at HO.
• Calling the Sales Executives on a Daily Basis. 6-7 executives from various branches and recording on the Sales Call log.
• Prepare Target Letters as per Management objectives for different front line executives and obtain acknowledgement from the Front line team.
• Induction of New Joiners about Escon Sales Systems and Process
• Plan and Conduct Departmental Meetings to improve process, efficiency etc. Fix Weekly Sales Review meeting with Branches and coordinate.
• CRM Training and Coordination with the branches
• Personal Skills development, Work discipline, Attendance etc. assisting Sr. GM in his activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 238,110.85 - 1,200,000.03 per year
