New Business Development and Client servicing, engaging in extensive client interaction to comprehend briefs, craft tailored pitches, and secure clients nationwide, nurtured relationships with both new and existing clients, adeptly preparing strategic briefs and creative proposals for campaigns, while actively identifying and pursuing opportunities for new client acquisition and business development initiatives.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the OOH advertising sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our OOH advertising solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop impactful advertising campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Reporting: Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive rates.
Requirements
  • Develop network of contacts to attract new clients and work strategically.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • 5-6 years of sales experience in out-of-home advertising or a related field.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Skills:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proven ability to lead and motivate sales in ooh.
3. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
