Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Tribes Communication. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, creating and implementing business development strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating and closing deals. They will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and collaborating with the creative and production teams. Qualifications Proven track record of successful business development in a relevant industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to develop and implement business development strategies Ability to build and maintain client relationships Ability to meet sales targets Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing or related field Experience in the advertising, marketing, or communications industry is a plus
