Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, creating and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating and closing deals, creating and implementing strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to meet company objectives. Qualifications Sales, Marketing, or Business Development skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in negotiating deals and closing sales Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with the education industry and related market trends is a plus Team Handling Skill is required Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field would be preferred.
