Role Description ADARSH STAINLESS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to be based on-site in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for finding and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies to improve overall company growth and profitability. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the mining or metals industry Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas and generating revenue Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Fluency in English and Hindi Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to travel
