Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals.
• Manage budgets and financial resources, optimizing resource allocation.
• Lead social work projects from Govt. Depts
• Knowledge on CSR programs and guidelines given by Govt.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with partners, funders, and Govt. Departments.
• Stay abreast of current trends and developments in the social work field and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical codes.
• Represent the organization professionally at meetings and events.

Qualifications:

• Master of Social Work (MSW) degree required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a social services or related field.
• Proven experience in business management, strategic planning, and budgeting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and empower staff.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• A passion for social justice and a commitment to serving the community.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within a non-profit organization.
• Grant writing experience.
• Knowledge of relevant social work software programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?450,000.00 - ?750,000.00 per year
