Identify and target new business opportunities within the staffing augmentation market, particularly focusing on clients seeking outsourced manpower in domains such as accounts, legal associates and other specialized fields.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and online research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific staffing needs across different domains.
Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, tailored to their needs for outsourcing manpower in various specialized fields.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns and materials.
Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to promote the companys services.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the staffing augmentation sector, particularly for accounts, legal and other specialized domains.
Conduct market research to identify potential markets and clients in these specific areas.
Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market analysis.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the staffing or human resources industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, particularly in outsourcing manpower in various specialized fields such as accounts, legal etc.
Strong understanding of staffing augmentation and workforce solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
