Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
Develop sales presentations and project proposal decks to help win critical sales accounts.
Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics
Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
Detects, selects, prioritizes and manages major opportunities to focus on
Collaborates with the Team managers on the business transformation of the accounts while improving the footprint of tecHindustan Engineering in both the contingency and consultancy services business
Build and maintain client relationships including meeting periodically with clients or prospective clients.
Experience- 6-7 years
Must have
Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possesses strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience in sales techniques
Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
Proven ability to plan and manage resources
Willing to travel.
Team player with strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and resolve complex problems.
Nice to have
Experience with CRM software (ex: Salesforce)
Affinity for technology, product development and production
Any sales or business development certifications would be a plus
