Augurs Technologies is seeking a highly motivated full-time Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and developing customized strategies to meet sales targets.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, BCA, MTech, or any other relevant IT discipline, providing a solid academic foundation in technology and business.
• Proven experience in the IT industry or 3+ years in a Business Development Executive (BDE) role within an IT firm, demonstrating a successful track record in client acquisition and sales.
• Skills: Strong persuasive abilities with a proven track record, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in various technologies and frameworks, enabling effective client engagement and solution presentation.
• Platform Knowledge: Proficiency in utilizing bidding platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, and others, adeptly leveraging these platforms to secure projects and expand business opportunities.

Responsibilities:


• Identify and generate new business opportunities by proactively leveraging diverse channels to engage potential clients, demonstrating a keen understanding of market dynamics.
• Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and objectives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to discern emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential avenues for business expansion, informing strategic decision-making.
• Develop and execute robust sales and marketing strategies, aligning efforts with organizational goals to maximize revenue growth and market penetration.
