One Click LCA is looking for an Arabic/English-speaking Business Development Manager for the Middle East region. We are the world-leading construction product project Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) software, working to decarbonise buildings and construction, currently responsible for around 40% of global carbon emissions.We are close to doubling our business each year meaning you will play a pivotal part in making this happen within the construction and manufacturing sector. We help businesses create value by using science-based and robust metrics to quantify and improve environmental performance.This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based preferably in India, United Arab Emirates or Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.What you will do:

• Liaise with prospective clients to understand how their business needs can be solved and develop quotes for our solutions to bring on board new customers
• Support existing customers by hosting specialist training sessions on LCAs and EPDs, and undertaking projects as required
• Get and stay up to date with the One Click LCA platform inside out
• Educate prospects on the value and opportunities of LCA tools, EPD and low-carbon construction
• Keep up to date on developments around LCA and EPD standards, PCRs and practices
• Increase our presence in the respective region by attending important construction industry events and by seeking and leveraging local partnerships
• Work with the marketing teams to create and localize key content for the local regions
• Work with the product teams to improve the tools for the respective markets

What you need:

• We are seeking someone with a proactive, hunter mentality in sales
• Preferably 3+ years of commercial B2B Sales and Account management experience with a successful track record of growth
• Motivation to help others succeed and to find solutions to overcome their obstacles
• Fast learning skills and desire to improve constantly
• Degree or close to a degree in construction industry, LCA, building sustainability or related area
• Customer- and results-oriented attitude
• Very good listening skills and the ability to see the situation from a prospects/clients perspective
• Positive approach to business and learning, allowing you to learn what works and what does not
• Hands-on attitude and a drive to get things done.
• Professional working proficiency in English as it is our working language. Full proficiency in Arabic is seen as a plus
