We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Loans , proven success in sales and business development, and a strategic mindset. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with senior management and other team members to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to create targeted business development strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and promote the company's services/products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven track record in sales and business development within the Loans.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
