Job Summary:

Manager and build a
distribution enterprise.
xefx82xb7 Responsible for recruiting and managing a team of Leader and agents.
xefx82xb7 Responsible for recruiting a team of Leaders, who will recruit agents and agents will source direct
business.
Key Responsibility:
xefx82xb7 Exceed recruitment target on new agency leaders and agent enrollments.
xefx82xb7 Enhance quantity and quality recruitment by developing successful leaders.
xefx83x98 Emphasis on quality recruitment by the Agency Leaders and Agency Associates through one-onone
session.
xefx83x98 Create mutual support platform for Financial Executives, Agency Associate and Agents to enable
easier recruitment.
xefx82xb7 Enhance AFYP & Number of cases by the unit.
xefx82xb7 Focus on potential EC, MDRT, CEO council agents through complete unit.
xefx82xb7 Focus on number of R&R winners.
xefx82xb7 Focus on enablement and development of the team
xefx82xb7 Ensure agents, agency associates, agency associate's unit and agency leader unit is in complaint with
various IRDA
guidelines.
xefx83x98 Timely contract of agents and agency associates within regulatory guidelines
xefx83x98 Monitoring IRDA guidelines impacting AAP channel at regional level.
xefx82xb7 Track competition regularly at regional level on various measure such as new strategies, new
compensation models
etc. with particular reference to Financial Executives / AAP model developed by the competitors.
xefx82xb7 Execute plans for growth of the agency
xefx83x98 Identify, interview and select new leaders from market and by networking
xefx83x98 Ensure adherence to laid down sales and service standards for Financial Executives, Agency
Associates and Agent Advisors.
xefx83x98 Conduct weekly performance review and planning (PRP) for team
xefx83x98 Ensur e retention of team by formulating their development plans, meeting their training
needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
xefx83x98 Handhold, develop and supervise Financial Executives, Agency Associates and Agents to meet plan
and follow growth leadership practices.
Measures of Success:

xefx83x98 Recruitment (contracted agents) numbers
xefx83x98 Add-on of AFYP & number of cases in the team.
