We are currently seeking a a Business Development Manager Maintenance Excellence, reporting directly to Head of Business Development Managers to join the team based in Mumbai.The Business development manager Maintenance Excellence will be responsible to define Business development strategy to support business plan defined by VP Sales digital services and will support all business opportunities around all digital solutions for maintenance and turn around. The Business development manager Maintenance Excellence reports to the Head of Digital Business Development .

  • Working with the digital sales team to understand the customers business needs and develop an account strategy to achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Conducting evaluations and assessments of the customers\' business practices, work processes, and technical environments to make recommendations based on T.EN expertise and solutions.
  • Create and develop opportunities in business white spaces
  • Leading discussions on business outcomes and how Technip Energies solutions and advisory could help them achieve these
  • Building solution architecture based on customer requirements.
  • Co-ordinating different stake holders while developing technical response.
  • Defining Proof of Concept (PoC) in relation with pre-sales organisation to prove the solution capabilities.
  • In-depth understanding of the day-to-day workings and business processes of operations and projects in industrial facilities
  • Ability to work independently but will also be part of a larger team focused on selling and delivering software solutions to the owner operator market.
  • Working closely with customer to understand their business objectives, analyse and evaluate their needs and propose the end-to-end workflow and software that will satisfy those needs, leading all pre-sales requirements workshops that define the \xe2\x80\x9cas is\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cto be\xe2\x80\x9d work processes, and thoroughly document and communicate those requirements to the customer and other teams in the organization. Develop cost benefit analysis, customer requirements definition, solution definition, standard solution demonstrations, tailored solution demonstrations specific to customer requirements.
  • Mobilize pre-sales team when technical support for POC or demo is required
  • Providing feedback to influence the on-going product strategy.
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with regional sales sharing lessons learned and new strategies.
  • Support all T.EN digital services Maintenance & Turn Around opportunities of all T.EN offices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record as a successful Pre-sales consultant.
  • Experience in Industrial Business Development
  • Strong knowledge about the role of information management in operations and projects
  • Owner Operator and EPC expertise and relationships in key markets and industries.
  • Engineering/Business degree or equivalent qualification
  • Confident and articulate speaker
  • Ability to understand and communicate with all levels in an organization.
  • Excellent presentation skills, previous experience of C-Level Presentation, Customer communication/handling
