Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our IT service sales efforts, specifically in Digital Marketing for local businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing services, proven experience in sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with local business owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market for digital marketing services.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Conduct market research to understand local business needs and trends.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Act as a consultant to clients, recommending tailored digital marketing solutions to meet their goals.
• Service Promotion:
• Present and promote the company's digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and web development.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaboration and Strategy:
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to align sales efforts with service delivery.
• Provide market feedback to the team to refine services and offerings.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in business development or sales, preferably in IT services or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
