Job Description

:To lead business development initiatives across North and East parts of India for focus vertical - Heavy industrial (O&G, Petrochemical, Steel and Large process industries)Roles and responsibilities * Business Development / market creation for T&M product lines across heavy industrial segments in India.

• Develop, implement, and manage business plan for driving sales objectives for the said segment.
• Map Territory and Identify opportunities for growth in
• Define local go to market strategy as per opportunities in the geography in the heavy industries market.
• Strategic planning -Developing the pipeline / funnel for new business for the organization
• Identify potential customers and decision makers within the client organization & Key Account Management.
• Build relationships with new customers / consultants / regulatory bodies in Heavy Industries segment.
• Cold call as appropriate within the market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
• Work closely with other cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business
• Devise product promotional plans and planning of special schemes as and when needed
• Market research (market/segment specific), analysis and update to the sales team & channels
• Represent Fluke at various events and activities as organized by Fluke or external parties
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications * BE / BTech in: Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical. MBA will be an added advantage.

• Heavy Industries domain knowledge & sales experience in T&M instruments
• Confident, entrepreneurial, results oriented, able to work under pressure and be self-motivated.
• Ability to \xe2\x80\x9cthink outside the box\xe2\x80\x9d.
• A team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills
• Experience Level \xe2\x80\x93 7 ~12 years
