Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expand market presence for the software company.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
• Lead and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales targets and conversion rates.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to close sales and meet revenue goals.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the software industry.
• MBA degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and client management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
