Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Codebeans Pvt Ltd located in Jaipur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Qualifications Proven experience in business development or sales Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities Knowledge of software and programming languages Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field Experience in the technology industry is a plus
