Larissa Blockchain, creators of SILO, an S3-compatible distributed storage system, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager - Investor Relations to lead our global fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in securing investments and building relationships with VCs and investors worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
• Investor Outreach:
• Identify and engage with potential investors, VCs, and funding organizations globally.
• Build and maintain a database of prospective funding partners interested in blockchain and distributed storage technologies.
• Pitch Development and Delivery:
• Create compelling pitch decks and presentations tailored to various investors.
• Effectively present SILO's value proposition during video calls, conferences, and investor meetings.
• Networking and Relationship Building:
• Establish and nurture relationships with investors through consistent communication and updates.
• Represent Larissa Blockchain at industry conferences and events.
• Deal Structuring and Negotiation:
• Collaborate with investors to negotiate investment terms and secure funding agreements.
• Ensure all legal and compliance aspects of fundraising are met.
• Market Research and Strategy:
• Stay updated on blockchain and distributed storage trends to align SILO with investor interests.
• Provide feedback on investor preferences to inform strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications:
• Language Skills:
• Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with international investors.
• Communication Skills:
• Ready and confident for video calls or video conferences to pitch to investors globally.
• Experience:
• 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, fundraising, or investor relations.
• Previous experience with blockchain or distributed storage technologies is a significant advantage.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Understanding of blockchain technology and S3-compatible distributed storage systems is an addon.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Ability to create persuasive business presentations and negotiate investment terms effectively.
