Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to target international markets.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's global reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and value propositions for clients.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
• Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 4-5 years of proven experience in international sales and marketing, preferably in the BPO industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to work from the office at Elippode, Trivandrum.
