Position : Business Development Manager-Infrastructure & Transport Segment (Leading Ceiling Tiles Company)Role:- Incumbent will be responsible for analysing and growing business in mainly two segments Infrastructure & Transport (PAN India) based at Delhi- Increase awareness amoung customers by carrying out promotional activities- Expanding customer base with new Key Accounts in new territories- Carry out market study/survey of the two fast growing sectors namely Infrastructure and Transport Business Development- Sector wise (Infra & Transport) opportunities to be defined, and All India MIS creation will be done by incumbent- Do Competition Benchmarking- Do Research and Identify New Product Development opportunities- Incumbent will identify short term and mid term roadmap and approach for this role.Requirements :- BE (Mech / Civil / Electrical) or equivalent PG: MBA preferred- 10-15 yrs of experience in Institutional Sales in the Building Materials Industry or related Industry to same target segment- Experience handling key accounts of Governments/Architects/Builders and handling projects in the industrial/ infrastructure/ transport/ healthcare/ hospitality/ Airports/ Metro stations etc. sector- Strong communication & interpersonal skills- Good networking skills- Strong knowledge on subjects such as engineering drawings, project management, sustainability.Location: Delhi NCRThis position is for a Client of Vertex Corporate Services which is a Leading Ceiling Tiles Manufacturing Company
