Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our
sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection molding, tooling,
...plastics, medical devices, and consumer goods. This role is responsible for managing key
accounts, driving sales growth, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts,
ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
xc2xb7 Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the injection molding,
tooling, plastics, medical devices, and consumer goods sectors.
xc2xb7 Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their
needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
xc2xb7 Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and
potential areas for growth.
xc2xb7 Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company
objectives and targets.
xc2xb7 Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing,
and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
xc2xb7 Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends
for senior management.
Qualifications:
xc2xb7 Education: Bachelor's degree in Plastics, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
xc2xb7 Experience: 10-15 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role within
the injection molding, tooling, plastics, medical devices, or consumer goods industries.
xc2xb7 Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
o Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
