Job Description

Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in the BPO industry, particularly in the collections process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, onboarding clients, and driving growth in the collections services segment. With a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience, this individual will play a key role in expanding our client base, managing relationships, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Business Acquisition : Identify, engage, and secure new clients in the collections process sector.
• Client Onboarding : Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new clients into the company's operations.
• Lead Generation : Develop and implement strategies for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales in the BPO collections domain.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the collections BPO industry, and leverage this knowledge to stay ahead of competitors.
• Proposal and Presentation Development : Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and business cases to meet client needs and close deals.
• Negotiation and Contract Management : Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with operations, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth project implementation and service delivery post-sale.
• Sales Targets and Reporting : Meet and exceed sales targets, provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and progress to senior management.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for improvement in client engagement processes, and implement strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in business development within the BPO industry, with a focus on collections processes (inbound or outbound).
• Proven track record in acquiring new clients and successfully onboarding them.
• Strong knowledge of the collections BPO market, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in working with international clients.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks governing debt collection.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present data-driven insights to clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?90,000.20 - ?100,000.68 per month
