Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and skilled Business Development Associates to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts, engaging with corporate employees, and establishing strong relationships with corporate firms. This position offers a competitive base salary and attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and qualify leads through various channels.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Solution Selling : Present our products and services effectively to potential clients, demonstrating how they meet client needs and addressing any concerns or objections.
• Negotiation and Closing : Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to maximize revenue.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with company objectives and support initiatives.
• Product Promotion : Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Tata AIA insurance products to potential customers.
• Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from customers to improve sales approaches and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the management.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Experience : 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Sales Skills : Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results is desirable.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Presentation Skills : Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate solutions to clients.
• Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation skills to develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
• Motivation : Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Professionalism : High level of professionalism and integrity.

Salary :

Bracket : 20,000 - 30,000 INR per month + high performance-based incentives.
