Candidates with Excellent communication skills and Sales background in Immigration, Banking (Insurance, loan), Automobile, real estate, aviation, hospitality, with minimum 3 years of experience can apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

? Contacting potential clients to establish rapport.

? Client Meetings & Sales closure.

? To nurture inbound leads to potential prospects.

? To enhance customers' experience.

? Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

? Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

? Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

? Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

? Training personnel and helping team members & peers to develop their skills.

? Competition Mapping.

? Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.

? Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients

? Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond

? Effectively with a plan of how to meet these.

? Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.

? To understand & execute documentation related to department & company.

? Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them.

? Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.

? Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.

Skill sets required:

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati

Pleasing personality

High on energy and confidence level

Go-getter attitude

Basic knowledge of computers

Excellent questioning and probing knowledge and skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
