Position: Business Development Manager - Fundraising (CSR)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a full-time employee for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Fundraising from Corporate CSR Grants.

Key responsibilities:

Research Corporate CSR grant providers, prepare grant proposals as per requirement and support raising CSR mandates from Indian companies.

a) Develop a growth strategy for acquiring large CSR projects from Indian Corporate Houses.

b) Conduct research to identify new corporate leads based on their need and geographical location. Create pipeline of corporate donors (Companies / Intuitions / Foundations / Government initiatives).

c) Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

d) Understand client requirements, identify plan and the CSR projects along with the Operation team

e) Create proposals and presentations for grant funding.

f) Prepare MOU / agreements.

g) Work with Operation team in project implementation, monitoring, and assessment of CSR funded projects.

h) Raise awareness of Pramith Foundation and its work through social media and digital media. Write applications and mail-shots, using direct mailing to reach a wide range of potential and current donors.

Qualifications and Skills:

Passionate about working for a social cause and making a huge difference to the lives of Indian youth.

Master's degree in Management, Social Sciences, or a related field;

Significant experience in fundraising or marketing or corporate relations - Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in business development, preferably with expertise in CSR initiatives.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.

Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Willingness to travel as needed.
