The role focuses on building market awareness, analyzing competitors, understanding the CLN Foundry product portfolio, developing new customers, and providing solutions for unmet customer needs to ensure sustainable business growth.Responsibilities

• Implement market and customer penetration strategies for the Indian foundry bentonite and premix market.
• Manage projects to ensure accurate, timely, and value-added completion.
• Achieve target margins for new foundry business based on value-added principles.
• Develop and build market awareness of the Indian Foundry Bentonite Business and relevant value propositions.
• Understand and analyze competitors\' intelligence.
• Understand the Clariant Foundry product portfolio.
• Initiate the Foundry Bentonite Business and continue developing new foundry customers.
• Provide solutions for customers\' unmet needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Foundry / Metallurgical Engineering.
• Minimum of five years of experience in the foundry industry, in either a commercial or technical role.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and responsible with a commitment to quality and safety.
