Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Delhi, India. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, negotiating contracts and meeting sales targets. You will also be responsible for market research, developing and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Experience in the B2B commerce or industrial raw materials industry is preferred
• Knowledge of market research and analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
